      Will they still claim 107 or will they
      Per email from Clackamas County/Barbara Smolak 2014-12-11:
      After receiving the 40 surveys that you sent us and learning that 67 surveys were thrown away by the members conducting the counting, PGA is recommending that the survey is invalid and the results should not be presented at your January 24 Town Hall.  There are a couple of options to rectify this error:
      1. Redo the results summary sheet based only on the 40 surveys received and present the new results at the January Town Hall ;
      2. Discard the original survey completely and conduct a new survey using the same  newspaper ad and making surveys available at the January Town Hall
      Please let us know what you and your board decides.
    • Discuss January 24, 2015 Town Hall
      Dog and Pony Show: no input allowed)
    • Follow up on PA system.

  13. 6:00 Adjournment

- All BOD meetings should be open to the public and must be announced with an agenda, on the web site and in the library at least 7 calendar days prior to the day such meeting is to be held.
    - There is no requirement that any materials be available prior to the meeting but may be requested under Oregon public meeting laws but I have not had any success with that approach
