Next Scheduled Villages at Mt. Hood BOD Meeting - JUNE 2, 2015

per Bylaws of the BCC Advisory Board "Villages at Mt. Hood Board of Directors"
  a. Article VI, section 12
The Village shall comply with Oregon’s Public Records Law.
  b. Article VI section 10
The Board shall provide seven (7) days notice and hold open meetings in
accordance with the Oregon Public Meetings Law.
Also, more importantly,
c. ATTORNEY GENERAL’S PUBLIC RECORDS AND MEETINGS MANUAL November 2014
The Public Meetings Law requires that the notice of any meeting
“include a list of the principal subjects anticipated to be considered at the
meeting.” ORS 192.640(1). This list should be specific enough to permit
members of the public to recognize the matters in which they are interested.
d. Clackamas County Ordinance 2007- 2.10.060 (and the 12/2014 draft I have)
        B. Meetings; public participation; action. Each hamlet or village board shall meet
with citizens at least quarterly at town hall meetings to identify, discuss, and prioritize
        community issues.

- All BOD meetings should be open to the public and must be announced with an agenda, on the web site and in the library at least 7 calendar days prior to the day such meeting is to be held.
    - There is no requirement that any materials be available prior to the meeting but may be requested under Oregon public meeting laws but I have not had any success with that approach
