Draft meeting Minutes (available 2016-0111)
==> Election Aborted!! See County Memo<===

Town Hall Meeting, BOD Meeting, & Election Agenda:
  1. 6:00 Call to Order/ Roll Call/Pledge of Allegiance
  2. 6:05 Approve November 2015 BOD Meeting Minutes  ==>Not available for YOU
==> Whoo Hoo! Minutes available 2015-1130 with Public Records Request!
=> Key Notes in the minutes:
Wilson too cheap to buy printer ink: demands and makes the motion to receive $29.99
(I bet he "confirms" every drop was used for the Villages!
I thought it was unethical for folk, especially the chair, to make motions/vote to receive
tax monies, but I guess the County doesn't care about those pesky "ethics" things)
They spent $872.80 tax monies without approval!
As best as I can tell (George didn't change the minutes yet) without authorization!
=> Note: George Wilson does not what you that have them
before they are approved: he says it will "confuse" folk.
per minutes of 2015-1006: "why draft minutes are not available?
George Wilson said that as Chair he made that choice."
per County Counsel Stephen Madkour "PowerPoint presentations used during public meetings are public records"
George Wilson's response to Community: (is this intentionally criminal?)
"Counsel said that outside presenter’s materials/Powerpoints are different than Villages produced items. George said that he would not be sending in outside speakers items.
  3. 6:10 Introduce BOD Candidates Gina Royall and Ben Bliesner
Elections/voting will remain open to the public until 8:00 p.m., after which ballots will be counted, recorded and announced.
=> application by Gina Royall dated July 7, 2015
=> NO application available for Ben Bliesner
per minutes of October 6, 2015 meeting: "George Wilson read Ben Bliesner’s application and statement."
=> Whoo Hooo! Ben's Application Available 2015-1130 with Public Records Request
  4. << Nope: ==> No Treasurer’s Report – Joe Mazzara >>
  5. <<Nope: ==> No Communications from the Board
  6. <<Nope: ==> No Chamber Report >>

  8. 6:25 Discuss Name/Logo Change to “Mt. Hood Villages”
Mt. Hood RV Villages loves this idea.
  9. 6:35 Mt. Hood Villages Community Park Update
Do you support a special parks district
(=> i.e. paying more in taxes)
for the Villages of Mt. Hood?
(=> for King George to spend as he sees fit by withholding budget, minutes, etc)
  10. 6:50 Clackamas County Marijuana Land Use Laws
Do you support proposed Marijuana Land Use recommendations for rural Clackamas County (Villages of Mt. Hood) as currently outlined? Current recommendations prohibit all four categories for recreational use in rural Clackamas County.
    Categories include:
    1. Production/Grow Operations
    2. Processing
    3. Wholesaling
    4. Retail Sales

As Chairman (no women allowed?) for the Villages at Mt. Hood Board of Directors, I
(King George) plan to attend the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) meeting in Oregon City on Wednesday evening; December 2, 2015 as it pertains to this issue. The Villages Board of Directors will poll our Town Hall audience to see which side of the issue we will support on behalf of the Villages at Mt. Hood Board of Directors, and the community we represent. Please plan to attend if you wish to be heard and counted!

Next Scheduled "Villages at Mt. Hood BOD"
(....or is it the "Mt. Hood RV Village"?) Meeting - <<not scheduled>>

- All BOD meetings should be open to the public and must be announced with an agenda, on the web site and in the library at least 7 calendar days prior to the day such meeting is to be held.
    - There is no requirement that any materials be available prior to the meeting but may be requested under Oregon public meeting laws but I have not had any success with that approach
